Designed the full UI visuals for gaming, live-streaming and short-video products across app and web — screens, components, buttons, icons and illustrations — and built the component libraries behind them. Roughly 70% of the work: turning product requirements into interface design. PMs often provided rough or incomplete wireframes, so I worked out the screen logic and flow together with them before moving into visual design, then worked alongside frontend developers through implementation. Around 25%: seasonal and promotional visuals — New Year, Valentine's Day, Christmas, shopping and Singles' Day campaigns, plus ad-hoc promotions. Used Google Sheets Sync in Figma to drive copy in a multi-page PDF deliverable from a spreadsheet, so text revisions updated across pages on re-run instead of being edited by hand. Supported a multilingual UI system, mainly Chinese and English, with partial contribution to the Vietnamese version. Worked in 1–2 month iteration cycles (requirement → prototype → design → frontend → QA → release) with daily remote standups across operations, PM, frontend and backend.

Sole designer at an 8-person home & lifestyle startup, owning the company's entire visual identity and content strategy spanning 3 sales channels (Taobao shop, WeChat store, website). Ran the brand's WeChat official account: researched international (Instagram-based) lifestyle/fashion content, localized and edited it into Chinese articles (4 articles/month). Handled in-studio product photography (tableware/homeware styling) and hand-drawn illustration.

Independently delivered 20 client websites across 11+ industries — e-commerce, insurance (international client), Buddhism/culture, cold-chain logistics, dairy FMCG, football/sports, tea, online education, fiction reading platform, big-data visualization, ocean conservation. Turned around complete visual designs on 1-week to 1-month project cycles, rapidly absorbing each brand's tone and audience. Designed early WeChat mini-program / H5 commerce experiences and big-data dashboard visualization sites.

Sole designer for a menswear Taobao store over ~6 months: product detail pages, photo retouching, and promotional assets; doubled as customer service during major sales campaigns. First exposure to conversion-driven design.
